This is part 2 of my review of Knockaround sunglasses. Click here for my review of the Knockaround Classics

The second pair of Knockaround sunglasses that I have been wearing are the Fort Knox Star Spangled Sunglasses. I went with these because I love anything that is star and stripes. And with given the opportunity to get myself a pair before the 4th of July, it was a no brained.

What I love about them is obviously how they look. These have become, by far, my favorite casual pair of sunglasses that I own! Also the polarized lenses are an added bonus.

However, there is one thing I am not a fan of with these sunglasses. They are not as tight when wearing them, meaning they slip off easier. This is why I don’t like running in them. The bounce around when running and can just slide off. Also, when just warring them on top of my head, all I have to do is look down and they will fall to the ground. It is kind of frustrating. I went and looked at the reviews on their website to see if anyone else had this same problem, and this was the only complaint people had about this frame model, so it’s good to know I am not alone. They do have another pair of Star Spangled Sunglasses in their Premium Frames. Maybe i will give those a try. But I will say this, as often as my Fort Knox sunglasses have hit the pavement, they have held up very well!
